Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Fatwaa.com

Salams shaykh! Please consider the following scenario:
1.Rain falls on the ground and mixes with 6-7 drops of blood on the ground and splatters on my body. Are those splatters pure or impure?
2.What if it is urine or pre sexual fluid(usually indiscernible)?please note in both cases, the splatters doesn’t change colour. Please help me,it’s urgent.May Allah accept our ibadai

Answer

Wa’alaykum as Salam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu,

Impurity which is less than the size of a Dirham (2.75 cm in diameter) is overlooked.

As such, in both circumstances, the Salah will be valid, although if there was no valid reason for not cleaning it or wearing pure clothes, then the Salah will be Makruh. In that case, you do not have to repeat the prayer, but you should implore Allah to forgive you.

If you did have a valid reason for not cleaning the impurity or changing your clothes, you would not be sinful.

And Allaah Ta’aala knows best
