I need to know when visiting the toilet,how must one clean oneself after relieving himself.Is it ok just to wipe the private parts with toilet paper or must water be used as well?Does not usong water nullify your ghusal?Jazakaalaah

It is compulsory to clean oneself thoroughly after relieving oneself. That can be achieved by using water.
Toilet paper does not remove the impurities, it merely decreases the impurities. Nevertheless, not using water does not invalidate the Ghusl.
