When is the best time to pray Qiyam al-Layl? (Hanbali Fiqh)

Q: When is the best time to pray Qiyam al Layl?
A: The last half of the night is better to pray qiyam al-layl than the first. The night starts at the Maghrib athan and ends at the Fajr athan. Divide those times in half and you have the middle of the night.
