Have I done anything wrong in trading silver on MCX that is not permissible in Islam?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Since last 45 days I am trading online silver commodity in MULTI COMMODITY EXCHANGE (MCX) in future markets and earned nearly 20k. But last week I got a dream about I am in a dirty bathroom, and excreta and urine, so I search dream’s meaning through online. It showed that it may be due to any illegal income I am getting. So, I am very much afraid about this income. Have I done any wrong thing not permissible in Islam? Shall I stop trading immediately? Please help I am very much depressed due to this issue.

Answer

(Fatwa: 1215/L=465/TL=1433)

You did not write the detail of online silver commodity in future market so that we could have a say in this regard. However, usually the online trading which is done in future market is a kind of satta (speculation), in which neither there is the possession of mabi (sold item) nor it is meant, rather sometime there is no existence of it and the transaction of extinct item takes place.
To be in dirty bathroom in dream may be due to haram income; you should give up this business at once, or first write the detail of the business and know the ruling and then start it again. And if the fatwa says that this business is unlawful then give it up completely.
