Q: Quick question, I have not noticed any hijab wearing person at the banks, are we not being hired due to wearing the hijabs or is it that hijabis should avoid these jobs, assist please with this.

Wa Alaikum Assalam,
It is possible that those wearing hijab are not hired by the banks. However, whether they are hired or not, Muslims are prohibited from working in conventional banks, since they deal in Riba (interest).
