Answer

When a boy reaches the age of puberty, and wet dream then immediately
thereafter, he should have an obligatory Ghusl. It is from this point in a
person’s life that Shari’ah regards a person as being Mukallaf (responsible
for his actions).

It, therefore, becomes incumbent upon him to discharge all the laws of Shari
‘ah as it has been prescribed, Salaat, fasting, Zakaat, etc. and other acts
becomes obligatory upon such a person from this age.
