Sayyidah ‘Aaishah’s (radiyallahu’anha) choice of words

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by HadithAnswers.com

There is a narration where Rasullulah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wasallam) would say to ‘Aaishah (radiyallahu ‘anha), that I know when you’re upset with me because you would say by the Rabb of Ibrahim, and not by the Rabb of Muhammad.

Can you please source, and authenticate this Hadith?

Answer

This narration is recorded in Sahih Bukhari, Hadith: 5228 and Sahih Musim, Hadith:  6235.

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best,
