The parable of a believer when he is afflicted by illness or fever

What is the authenticity of this Hadith?

Abdur Rahman ibn Azhar reported: Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said,

“Verily the parable of the believer, when he is afflicted by illness or fever, is only that of a piece of iron placed in the fire; its defects vanish and its goodness remains.”

Answer

Imam Bayhaqi (rahimahullah) has recorded this narration.

‘Allamah Dhahabi (rahimahullah) has declared the Hadith reliable (mursalun jayyid)
