Another narration on hair extensions

Can you verify this narration?

Sayyidah ‘Aaishah (radiyallahu ‘anha) said: “A women came to Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) and said that she got her daughter married. She then became ill and her hair fell out, so she requested if she could give her hair extensions as her husband requested her to do so. The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) [refused] and he cursed the one who fixes hair extensions and the one who has that done.”

Answer

Imam Bukhari (rahimahullah) has recorded this narration. It is therefore authentic.

(Sahih Bukhari, Hadith: 5935 and 5205)

Note: I have merely answered your question regarding the reliability of the narration. Kindly refer to a reputable Mufti/Darul Ifta for a legal ruling on hair extensions.
