When a child says ‘Bismillah’

Is the following an authentic narration?

It is reported from Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Abbas (radiyallahu ‘anhuma) that Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “When the teacher says to a child, say ‘Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim’ and the child says so, the teacher, the child and the child’s parents are all freed from the fire of Jahannam.

Answer

The chain of narrators of this Hadith consists of a fabricator. The Muhaddithun have therefore declared this narration a fabrication.

(Tanzihush Shari’ah, vol. 1 pg. 252)

The narration is not suitable to quote.

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
