Can Oral Sex Before Marriage Invalidate a Muslim Marriage?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: I am a 21 year old muslim female. I love a muslim male and we want to marry each other. But we have done many haraam sexual activities but never did the penetration. But we have done oral sex. Will this make me haraam for him to marry or will this invalidate our future marriage? How to repent from this sin? Will Allah accept our repentance if we won’t do this sin till our marriage and regret for doing it or do we have to do something else also so that Allah will accept our repentance? This answer will be based on which madhab?

Bismillaah

A: Report this to your parents and make taubah immediately.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
