I want to know that I am selected in HSBC (the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation) for the back office job the unit I am selected is the data processing unit of the bank. My work would be to verify the forms filled in by the customers. I would not be involved in writing or recording or telling anyone about interest or loans so please let me know that is my job or salary halal or not?

If the responsibilities of checking the forms and recording the contents are not related to interest based dealings (i.e. loan, fixed deposit etc) rather they are related with other lawful affairs, then in the above mentioned case, your job is lawful and the income shall be lawful, according to Shariah.
