I am willing to get deliver the child here in Scotland in-shaAllah, I asked my mother first before visa processing steps whether I call my wife to Scotland or not at that time she said yes. Now when my wife have her passport my mom is refusing me strictly not to call her. Please guide me what does Islam say in this matter? I am anxiously waiting for your answer.

If your mother stops you to take your wife to Scotland due to some special reason then you should obey your mother. But if she is stopping you without any reason and you hope that the child birth shall be easy in Scotland in your presence then you may take your wife to Scotland. However, it is better for you to win the consent of your mother.
