My friend’s wife is alive now he wants to merry with a girl who is niece (real bhatiji) of his wife. Can he marry with her or not?

It is haram to combine bhatiji of his wife with her in nikah. Hence in the question mentioned above your friend cannot marry the bhatiji of his wife while his wife is in his nikah.
