Right after Sehri and prying Fajr and before sunrise when I went to bed with my wife, because of rubbing my penis with my wife I ejaculated. There was no sexual intercourse. Is my roza invalid? If yes, I have to make only qaza or kaffarah as well?

In the abovementioned case, if you had no intercourse in the vagina of your wife then kaffarah is not necessary on you, but your fast broke. Hence you will have to make the qaza of one fast.
….. أو جامع فيما دون الفرج ولم ينزل وفى الشامى: أما لو أنزل قضى فقط ….. اى بلا كفارة . (در مختار مع الشامى)
