When me and my husband are having sex the only way I can be satisfied and have an orgasm is by rubbing my clitoris with my hands while having sex with him. Is it permissible?

No, this would not be permitted as the basis is that masturbation is impermissible. The solution would be to ask your spouse to do it for you, which is permitted.
