Making zikr while giving ghusal to the deceased

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: Can one recite durood or make any zikr softly or in one’s mind when performing the ghusal for the deceased?

Bismillaah

A: It is not a Sunnah practice to recite durood or any form of zikr in an audible manner while carrying out the ghusal. However, one should remember Allah Ta’ala in one’s mind.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
