What say the noble scholars if two homes besides the home I live in are given out for rent would I have to pay zakat on those two homes?

What say the noble scholars if two homes besides the home I live in are given out for rent would I have to pay zakat on those two homes?
If the amount of rent collected from those two homes reaches nisab then the person would have to pay zakat when one year passes over that amount otherwise not.
