Q: If a woman is nearly finishing her period but still brown colour is coming out, if her husband makes jima’ with her, is it permissible or not?
A: In the haidh the colour is not the criteria. Whatever the colour is it will be counted as haidh and in the period of haidh jimaa is not permissible.
