Bismillah

Al-jawab billahi at-taufeeq (the answer with Allah’s guidance)

For a Munfarid (Individual prayer) to say ‘Samiallahuli man Hamida, Rabbana Lakal Hamd’ is a Sunnah and agreed upon by all the four School of thought. (Darse Tirmidhi Vol. 2 Pg. 48)

Whoever recites Allahu Akbar after doing Ruku, it is permissible. However, this is contrary to the sunnah and is therefore detested.

And Only Allah Ta’ala Knows Best.
