    I’m a young man in my 20’s, I have a problem of repeatedly doing the same sin, I can’t mention it specifically. Once I gave up this sin completely until 6-7 months passed, when I did it again and since then for a year and a half I regularly continue to sin. I feel that Imaan is decreasing in my heart.     I have read that we should recite the following. Dua when sitting between the 2 Sajdas:’Allahummagh Firli war Humni waj Burni war Fahni Wahdini wa Afeeni war Zukhni”. Is this ok, if so, please explain the meaning. Also, are we required to say, “Hamdan Kaseeran Tayyiban Mubarkan Feeh” after “Rabbana wa lakal Hamd” after standing up from Ruku?
