Is it permissible for a fasting person to kiss their spouse during the day?
Answer:
السؤال: هل يجوزُ للصائم تقبيلُ امرأته في النهار ؟ الجواب : إن خاف أن تتحركَ شهوتُه بحيث يخافُ نزولَ المني كان حراماً ، أما إن لم يخفْ ذلك فلا يحرم ، لكن الأولى تركه كما في “المنهاج” مع “التحفة” (3/410-411)
If he fears that this will stimulate his desire, such that sperm will exit, then [s. kissing her] is haram.
But if he does not fear this, then it is not haram, though it is better for him not to do it, as has come in the Minhaj with the Tuhfa. (3:410-411)
