Friday prayer with less than 40 people

First of All I would like to thank you for a nice and a knowledgeable website. I have a small doubt concerning the Friday prayer. According to my madhhab, we must be 40 people before we can play jummah, but all the others are Hanafi and I am Shafi, so my question is: if I am the imam does there still have to be 40 behind me?
