Q. Can we make use of utensils at a hotel or accommodation? If not, what should we do?
A. If one is using the utensils of a hotel or accommodation, then it should be ensured that the utensils are washed thoroughly before usage to avoid any contamination of Haraam. (Ahsanul Fataawa)
As a precaution, one may use one’s own utensils at a hotel or accommodation.
