How do you pray salaat janaza? With one salaam or two, do you have to pray surah fatiha, does the people behind imam also raise hands on every allahuakbar?

According to the Hanafi school of thought there will be two salams, surah fatihah is not wajib and the hands will only be raised fir the first takbeer.
