Does Allah reward for even 1 pence spent in charity?

1. If you give as little as one pence to charity does Allah reward you?
2. If you give as little as one pence towards building/renovating a mosque does Allah reward you with a palace in Jannah?

1. Yes, if given with sincerity.
2. Yes, if given with sincerity – there is a hadith in Sunan ibn Majah that mentions the reward of a house in Jannah for the person who, for Allah’s sake, builds a masjid the size of a bird’s nest, the meaning of the hadith being that Allah will reward even an insignificant amount given towards building a masjid.
