Answer

Being a student of a darul uloom, you will know the hukm of a ma’zoor; if not, ask an ustad to explain to you.  If it continues, you should not lead salah.  See a hakeem and take some medication.  A very good cure is through cold water.  If you have a shower pipe in the toulet like the ones in Saudi, then shoot water at your private place for 5 minutes every time you go to the toilet, even when you go to pass water only.  Do this for a few days and you will see the difference.  Also, never use hot water for istinja, as this only worsens the problem.
