What is the meaning of “Kamil Shaykh.”

The meaning of ‘kamil shaikh’ is that that person who has completely purified his desires or intentions and who sought training from another teacher who has given the permission for him to train other people. It is also required that this person at least in manifestation practices the basic tenets of religion and those people who are affiliated with him have a noticeable change in them.
