You should invite the elders of your family and couple of scholars you rely on and present the issue to them. They would try to correct whoever they deem is wrong after listening to the story and analyzing it. One should try to reconcile the issue through elders but the presence of scholars is also very important. Sometimes when people are not familiar with the principles of reconciliation they make errors.
