Not initiate the Salaam to fasiqs people

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by ShariahBoard.org
I have started this no salaam policy. I will not say salaam first to those who refuse to keep a beard. I do reply to their salaam, if they even say it. The reasoning behind this is that when someone doesn’t keep a beard, it makes me sick. Sometimes these same people avoid those who keep a beard and fulfill the sunnah because they think these “holy” people might change their lives. What the retards don’t understand is that their openness of sins causes great spiritual harm to those who try to stay on the straight path. I also heard that according to Hazrat Ganghoi, those who did not keep beards where referred to as potato heads. I only wanted to ask if it’s ok to not initiate the salaam first with theses fasiqs.
The statement attributed to honorable gangohi is now in our knowledge. But if someone finds some resistance in saying salaam to someone who is a fasiq than that person is excused.
However, one should not think of such a person as low because he might make tauba and Allah might forgive him.
