What is the ruling of Islamic sharia when slaughtering an animal, should the person who is doing it say bismillah and Allah Akbar or saying of just bismillah is enough?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by ShariahBoard.org
What is the ruling of Islamic sharia when slaughtering an animal, should the person who is doing it say bismillah and Allah Akbar or saying of just bismillah is enough? And with bismillah, instead of saying Allah Akbar can we say some other name of Allah or not?
It’s desirable to say bismillah and Allah Akbar and if someone says only bismillah and slaughters the animal the slaughter would be fine.
