Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by ShariahBoard.org

I have my surgery tomorrow and as part of prescription i have been asked to take certain opioids in case i have extreme pain.

Is it permissible for me to take? Below are the prescribed opioids.

In severe pain, there is scope for use of such medicines, as prescribed by the doctors. But the condition is that those medicines do not contain alcoholic addiction.
