Private Part Surgery

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by ShariahBoard.org

Salam alakim wa rahmatallah

Dear brother, I am 20 years old now and I wish to get married in a year or 2. However I struggle with a issue regarding my body. I need to know would it be permissible for me to get a male enhancement surgery before my marriage. I heard from somewhere that it would be permissible if the private area was small where it would be unusable. In my honest opinion I don’t think it’s useable, and potentially can cause issues and unsatisfaction between me and my future wife. I don’t want to cause any problem between me and my wife and I am ashamed of myself already. Can I get this surgery if sexual intercouse would be impossible and unsatisfying for both of us? I only wish to do this  for her and save us both the frustration

Jazaka Allah kair wa Aslam alikum

Consult some doctor or Hakeem in this regard. It is permissible if needed, rather it is necessary to have treatment to fulfill the spouse’s rights. If a person is in need of treatment it is not even permissible to have Nikah without having treatment.
