Breaking Quran oath

Assalamualykum  wrwb

I took Quran in my hand and took oath in anger tht will never have eye contact with my husband as he asked me in very anger neeche nazar rakh 

but anyways I broke tht oath .I felt very very bad and did istigfar n prayed namaz two rakah for doing tht

can you pls tell me what is the kaffarah for breaking Quran oath

can you pls suggest me some dua to recite for happy married life 

my husband gets anger and he loose his control , yesterday he broke tv as I asked him not to watch while eating

بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم

الجواب وباللہ التوفیق

The expiation for breaking the oath is to feed ten poor people in the morning and in the evening, or to give each poor person two and a half kilos of wheat or its value or one pair of clothes for each one of the ten poor people.

If that person cannot afford above options, then fasting for three consecutive days will pay the expiation.

(۲) َ فَکَفَّارَتُہُ اِطْعَامُ عَشَرَۃِ مَسَاکِیْنَ مِنْ اَوْسَطِ مَا تُطْعِمُوْنَ اَہْلِیْکُمْ اَوْ کِسْوَتُہُمْ اَوْ تَحْرِیْرُ رَقَبَۃٍ فَمَنْ لَمْ یَجِدْ فَصِیَامُ ثَلَاثَۃِ اَیَّامٍ ذٰلِکَ کَفَّارَۃُ اَیْمَانِکُمْ اِذَا حَلَفْتُمْ۔ (سورۃ المائدۃ:۸۹)

قال في الدرالمختار: قال العیني: وعندي أن المصحف یمین لاسیما في زماننا۔ وفي رد المحتار: عبارتہ وعندی لو حلف بالمصحف أو وضع یدہ علیہ۔  وقال: وحق ھذا فھو یمین ولاسیما في ھذا الزمان الذی کثرت فیہ الأیمان الفاجرۃ ورغبۃ العوام في الحلف بالمصحف۔(۱) اھ۔ وأقرہ في النھر: قلت ومانظر فیہ المحشي مدفوع بأن مراد العوام القسم بما في المصحف  من کلام اللّٰہ تعالیٰ وقد اعترف بکونہ یمینا فافھم وکفارتہ تحریر رقبۃ أو إطعام عشرۃ مساکین أو کسوتہم بما یستر عامۃ البدن (إلی قولہ) وإن عجز عنہا کلہا وقت الأداء صام ثلاثۃ أیام ولاء۔ (تنویر الأبصار مع الدر المختار، کتاب الأیمان، مطلب: کفارۃ الیمین، مکتبہ زکریا دیوبند ۵/۵۰۲-۵۰۵، کراچي۳/۷۲۵-۷۲۷)
