When to make up missed rakat after Surah Fatiha?

When will be the rakat missed behind immam??
after Surah Fatiha Or Before one tasbeih ” Subhana Rabi Al azeem”

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 1408/1408/M=1431)

If he attended imam in the ruku for a while i.e. before imam raised his head, then he will considered to perform the rukn with imam and the rakat will be counted; otherwise that rakat would be considered missed.
