Dua after Tahahhud in first Queda in Jamat

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by ShariahBoard.org

In Zuhr, Asr, or Isha, can muqtadi read dua after Tahahhud in first Qaeda.

بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم

الجواب وباللہ التوفیق

The follower should recite “tashahhud” in the first qa’da of the obligatory prayers, and should not recite any other dua.

If the “tashahhud” of the follower ends before the tashahhud of the Imam, then the follower should remain silent until the Imam gets up.
