Assalamualaikum,
Some people in our Masjiod insist that the Musallis should stand toes to toes (lining up toes) when standing for Jamat but I have issue with that because the people with short feet will be ahead of line and people with long feet will be behind so only people wilth equal feet length will be in straight line resulting in three lines for the same Jamat. Please clearify how to stand so our rows are straight.

The Musallis should follow the shins and the ankles while making the rows as the Jurists have declared this to be first and foremost and the same is proven from the Sahabah too.
عَنْ أَنَسٍ عَنِ النَّبِىِّ – صلى الله عليه وسلم – قَالَ « أَقِيمُوا صُفُوفَكُمْ فَإِنِّى أَرَاكُمْ مِنْ وَرَاءِ ظَهْرِى » . وَكَانَ أَحَدُنَا يُلْزِقُ مَنْكِبَهُ بِمَنْكِبِ صَاحِبِهِ وَقَدَمَهُ بِقَدَمِهِ ‘‘(صحیح بخاری) وَاسْتَدَلَّ بِحَدِيثِ النُّعْمَان هَذَا عَلَى أَنَّ الْمُرَادَ بِالْكَعْبِ فِي آيَةِ الْوُضُوءِ الْعَظْم النَّاتِئ فِي جَانِبَيْ الرِّجْلِ – وَهُوَ عِنْدَ مُلْتَقَى السَّاقِ وَالْقَدَمِ – وَهُوَ الَّذِي يُمْكِنُ أَنْ يَلْزَقَ بِاَلَّذِي بِجَنْبِهِ ، خِلَافًا لِمَنْ ذَهَبَ أَنَّ الْمُرَادَ بِالْكَعْبِ مُؤَخَّر الْقَدَم ، وَهُوَ قَوْلٌ شَاذٌّ يُنْسَبُ إِلَى بَعْضِ الْحَنَفِيَّةِ وَلَمْ يُثْبِتْهُ مُحَقِّقُوهُمْ وَأَثْبَتَهُ بَعْضهمْ فِي مَسْأَلَةِ الْحَجِّ لَا الْوُضُوء ، وَأَنْكَرَ الْأَصْمَعِيّ قَوْل مَنْ زَعَمَ أَنَّ الْكَعْبَ فِي ظَهْر الْقَدَم .
