Can you please elaborate what is the correct way/steps of doing qurbani in regular days for normal consumption?

One who is slaughtering should face Qiblah while slaughtering and make the animal face Qiblah. The way to do it is to make animal’s feet towards Qiblah, put one’s right foot on its shoulder, recite بسم اللہ اللہ اکبر, and using a sharp knife hurriedly cut the four veins of its throat i.e., trachea (wind-pipe), alimentary canal (from which food and water enters the stomach), and the two jugular veins. Even if only three veins are cut the Zabihah will be Halal. But if only two veins are cut then the animal would be deemed dead and it is not permissible to eat it.
{ وَلْيَشُدَّ قَوَائِمَهُ وَلْيُلْقِهِ عَلَى شِقِّهِ الْأَيْسَرِ وَلْيُوَجِّهْهُ نَحْوَ الْقِبْلَةِ وَلِيُسَمِّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى عَلَيْهِ }
( وَمِنْهَا ) قَطْعُ الْأَوْدَاجِ كُلِّهَا وَيُكْرَهُ قَطْعُ الْبَعْضِ دُونَ الْبَعْضِ لِمَا فِيهِ مِنْ إبْطَاءِ فَوَاتِ حَيَاتِهِ . ( وَمِنْهَا ) أَنْ يَكُونَ الذَّابِحُ مُسْتَقْبِلَ الْقِبْلَةِ وَالذَّبِيحَةُ مُوَجَّهَةً إلَى الْقِبْلَةِ لِمَا رَوَيْنَا وَلِمَا رُوِيَ أَنَّ الصَّحَابَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ كَانُوا إذَا ذَبَحُوا اسْتَقْبَلُوا الْقِبْلَةَ فَإِنَّهُ رُوِيَ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ : كَانُوا يَسْتَحِبُّونَ أَنْ يَسْتَقْبِلُوا بِالذَّبِيحَةِ الْقِبْلَةَ ،(بدائع الصنائع: بَيَانُ شَرْطِ حِلِّ الْأَكْلِ فِي الْحَيَوَانِ الْمَأْكُولِ)
