I am 10 weeks 4 days pregnant.
Wt my appointment today the doctor wasn’t able to find the baby’s heartbeat so she ordered an ultrasound. They found out the fetus is only 8weeks 5 days old and there’s no heartbeat Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi rajioon
I haven’t started bleeding yet but the doctor recommended d&c or the medicine that will induce bleeding since it’s been two weeks and it did not happen naturally.
My question is whenever I start bleeding will it be considered nifas or Haiz or istihadha? I was reading at the pregnant center that the baby’s lungs and heart is already formed at 8 weeks and heartbeat also starts.
And second question is how can we say right away if it’s istehadha or haiz because when bleeding starts we don’t know if it will go on for 3 days or more than that.
Should I pray right after I miscarriage.
Please answer as soon as possible because I do t want to miss any salahs

At the time of performing the abortion if it is evident that even one organ was developed in the fetus then the resulting blood is considered as nifas.
If however even one organ was not developed, the resulting blood is considered as haidh. If the blood continues for less than 3 days or more than 10 days it will be considered as istihadah.
You should accordingly perform your salah based on the above details.
