Asalamoalaikum
Mera aik sawal hai ap say but us say pehlay main apni thori detail btana chahti hun.

Main single mother hun. Meri divorce ko 4 yrs guzar chukay hain . Meri aik 5 yrs ki beti hai jisay autism diagnose kiya hai doctors nay. Jis ki dekh bhaal ki wja say main job nhi kr pa rhi. Wo mentally unstable hai. Mjhy govt say aik ghar bhut kum rent par mila hoa hai . Or meri beti ko social security income milti hai jo k disable child ko govt har month issue krti hai. Wo 600$ hai .  Meri beti chunkay minor hai to main he wo paisay Apni marzi say us par or apnay ap par kharch krti hun. Is Ssi income k illawa meri beti ko child support 215$ monthly
Milta hai. Means total 815$ meri beti ko miltay hai altogether.
Ab mera sawal ye hai k mera ssi ki raqam kharch krna jaiz hai?? Ye paisay main zakat kheraat or apni beti or apnay par kharch krti hun. Main nhi janti ye paisay Ssi k jo govt mjhy deti hai wo haram kamai say atay hain ya sood say.
Kiya mera ye paisay kharch krna jaiz hai apnay par or beti par. Kunkay child support 215$ monthly kafi kum hain meri or beti ki zaroorat ko pura krnay k liyay. Mery ex husband bhi child support nhi brhatay.
Or main is saal unhi paiso say umra bhi kr k ai hun. Kiya umra krna mera sahi sabit hoga??

Please meray in questions ka hawab day dain quran sunnat ki roshni main.

In the situation inquired about, Shara’n there is no harm in using the child and disabled children support money given by the government for personal use as needed in addition to spending it on the children.

If the money is more than the needs of the children then this saved money will be considered امانت (trust) of the children, it was not correct to perform Umrah with the savings from the child and disabled children support money given by the government. Therefore, the amount you used for the Umrah from this savings will be counted as debt you owe to your child. You should pay this amount back gradually so your Umrah could become valid.
