Trading

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by ShariahBoard.org

Assalamualaikum,

I have a query regarding the Olymp Trade whether it’s halal in Islam or not? We have been under huge debt, close to 50 lakhs (INR).  We came under this debt due to business losses and we lost our own house due to this.  Me and my husband both work and our commitments are higher than our salary. Hence, debt is slowly and gradually increasing. I came across Olymp trade and it involves trading by prediction.  As the name is trading, there are gains and losses.  I wanted to know whether I can use this platform and earn extra income to clear my debt.  I have a full time work and will be trading only in my free time. Can I use Olymp trade and earn extra?  If not, please suggest me any other sites which are reliable, halal, online based and I can extra.

By Allah’s grace, I pray Salat punctually and make dua to Allah to help me clear debt before my last breath.  I recite “Allahummak Fini bi Halalika An Haramika, Wa Aghnimi bi Fadhlika Amman Siwaka” in my dua.

Jazakallah

الجواب وباللہ التوفیق

We do not have any information about Olymp Trade. Please provide the details about it and we can respond to your inquiry. Please be particular of reciting the following Dua’a after every salah for the issue of your debt:

اللَّهُمَّ اكْفِنِي بِحَلاَلِكَ عَنْ حَرَامِكَ ، وَأَغْنِنِي بِفَضْلِكَ عَمَّنْ سِوَاكَ

In addition, recite the following durood 100 times daily and make dua to Allaah ta’ala in sajdah after completing the Durood. Insha-Allah your conditions will better and the debt will also get paid off.

بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم اللھم صل علی محمد عبدک رسولک وصل علی المومنین والمومنات والمسلمین والمسلمات

والسلام
