Please explain what is the method for doing sehri, iftar and prayers? Do we need to follow the prayer timings of the country that we already left or the country that we are currently in?

Assalamualaikum Warahmatullah
During travel, sehr, iftar or any other acts of worship will be performed according to the time of the location where one is performing the worship at, or the location through which one is travelling through. If it is time for sunset in that location, then iftar and the remaining salats (maghrib, isha etc.) will be performed according to that. Otherwise if it is time for sunrise then keeping the fast and reading salats during the day will be done according to that location. Similarly the time for each salah will be considered according to such location where the person is present at or travelling through.
The country from which you are travelling or the one you are travelling towards will not be considered in establishing these rules for worship.
