What Is the ‘Awra Of a Woman In the Hanafi School?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Seekersguidance.org
Question: What is the ‘awra of a woman in accordance with the Hanafi School?
Answer:
In the Name of Allah, Most Merciful and Compassionate,
Assalāmu ‘alaykum dear sister in faith,
In accordance with the Hanafi School, the entirety of a woman’s body is ‘awrah except for her hands (palms), face, and feet.  [Hashiyat Ibn ‘Abidin 1:271-2] Any clothing that is not transparent and not form-fitting is sufficient to cover the ‘awrah.  Loose pants that fulfill these conditions would be permitted to wear.
And Allah knows best.
