When is ghusl obligatory?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Qibla.com

Answered by Shaykh Faraz Rabbani

Would ghusl be required for the wetness/discharge a woman feels when aroused without a partner?

Answer:
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Walaikum assalam wa rahmatullah,

I pray that this finds you well, and in the best of health and spirits. May Allah grant you all good and success in this life and the next.

No, ghusl is only necessary after:

(1) Ejaculation

(2) Intercourse

(3) Menstruation

(4) Post-natal bleeding

[Turmurtashi, Tanwir al-Absar; Shurunbulali, Maraqi al-Falah]

And Allah alone gives success.

Faraz Rabbani
