Does anyone know if its permissible to use perfumes and deodorants that have alcohol content in the Shafii Madhab?
In the Hanafi school, it would be permitted, according to the position on which fatwa is given. However, it would be from taqwa to try to avoid it wherever reasonably possible.
For the Shafi`i position, I don’t know.
