Question on Make up Prayers

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Qibla.com

Answered by Shaykh Faraz Rabbani

If one has missed salah and he needs to make it up, does he have to wait for the time of the salah he wants to make up … so if he missed maghrib, does he have to wait for the next appointed time for maghrib to make it up, or can he make it up at the earliest available, convenient time e.g. after isha of the same day?

Answer:
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Missed prayers can be made up at any time, and should be made up as soon as possible, except in the 3 disliked times. See the section on prayer at (http://www.sunnipath.com)

Wassalam,
Faraz Rabbani
