Doubts during doing wudu

I have one problem for the last 15-17 years and it is becoming worse with the passage of time. When I have to do wudu (or ghusl in case of janabat) I am in great stress because my mind is occupied with the idea that I am going to do a very important thing and if I do not do it properly my prayers will not be accepted. When I start doing wudu i.e when I put water in my mouth to rinse it, I feel as if I have passed a very small amount of wind (flatulance). So I start again…..
