Alcohol on my clothes

I have read your answers regarding the different types of alcohol and i read that cologne is permissible for use even if it has alcohol and that household products with certain types of alcohol are permissible for use. But I am still confused. I sprayed Febreze, a fabric deodorizer on my entire wardrobe the other day and only after did i discover that it had alcohol in it. It doesn’t specify what type, it just says alcohol. As for my cologne, upon reading that cologne is permissible for use even if it has alcohol i decided to use it on my clothes. Only after all this did i discover that there were different types of alcohol. Now i am wondering if i have to wash my entire wardrobe. There are certain clothes that i dry clean due to the fact that they can onlly be cleaned by dry cleaning and i have recently dry cleaned a huge part of my wardrobe where the bill came up to $150. Consdiering the fact that I have to wash the other part of the wardrobe and DRY clean the other part of my wardrobe because of the fabric refreshener and cologne, would constittue a huge hardship on me. What do i do?

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Walaikum assalam wa rahmatullah,

I pray this finds you in the best of health and spirits.

No, most alcohol is either synthetic or non-wine in such products as perfume and cleaning agents. As such, you don’t need to wash anything–you assume purity, which is the basis.
