A while back i made an oath that if i commited XYZ act, that i will pay £100 to charity. I have broken this oath more than once and the expaition is due. It is my upmost intention to pay the amount in full. However, at the moment i do not have enough money to pay the amount due. Is it OK to donate some old clothes that fulfil the dress code for a muslim male? In addition, how do i value the clothing since it is old but in good condition? Also is the oath still binding upon me after the first time an act is commited? In addition, the amount of old clothing will not cover the amount however it is my intention to pay the monetary amount as soon as the cash available.

In the Name of Allah, Most Compassionate, Most Merciful
In your case you should follow the form of expiation below; by clothing ten destitutes, or feeding ten of them, or keeping three fasts.
As for #100 that you have to give in charity, giving old or new clothes will not suffice. Yes it would suffice if you give ten clothes to the destitute for the expiation.
EXPIATION OF A BROKEN OATH
The Form of the Expiation
1. The expiation of an oath is:
Freeing a slave, or
If one wishes, he may clothe ten destitute people, giving each of them one garment or more, the minimum of each being that in which salah is valid, or
If one wishes, he may feed ten destitute people, like the feeding in the expiation of zihar.
2. If one is not capable of any of these three things, one fasts three consecutive days.
