Assalamu Alaikum, My name is Azeem I want to name my new born son as AMAN. Please let me know if the name which I we have choosen is a proper Islamic name and also want to no if my name is correct in Islamic terms.

?Aman? means peace, tranquility, satisfaction, reconciliation etc, it has good meaning, you can keep it as name, but still it is better to name with ?Amanullah?. Your name ?Azim? is also alright.
